Marc Elliott, founder and racing enthusiast began Karting about 6 years ago with the introduction of the Tag concept. He has raced almost every kind of modern go kart since then (ICC, TaG, Stock Honda, Rotax, Biland); and has learned the trials, tribulations, and victories associated with the sport.
Having raced locally in 4 geographic regions, all across North America in Stars and SKUSA Competition, as well as abroad in Monte Carlo, his experience is comprehensive. He has seen what Karting has to offer from the past, and now sees what he can offer the sport for the future-the 4 stroke high performance engine!
He elected to begin a business venture with Engines 4 Racing because of the power of the engines, the potential of the concept, as well as the user friendliness of the new 4-Stroke Engines. Not only does he intend to sell the Suter Racing Vampire VT-250, and the ORAL Engineering OR-4TK, but other products that are cutting edge technology for the sport of kart racing.
Based out of Northern California at Infineon Raceway, California 4-Stroke Racing intends not only to grow the concept and influence of the high performance/low maintenance 4-Stroke TaG engines in the Northern California area, but as well as down south with Prokart Challenge and other series.
